Note To Customers

This note is relevant to buyers in the Indian subcontinent. It has come to our attention that a small number of fake Aiwa televisions are being offered for sale in the market. While that number is negligible, we hope to protect the consumer against such fraud. With this in mind, we'd like to bring the following to your attention.

If the product that you own is fake, you will not be able to use the services provided by Aiwa India and it will be difficult to receive compensation for the same. The product will lack the Aiwa quality that we pride ourselves on, will not be Google or Android certified, and would likely get spoilt within a few weeks. As a result, please take care when purchasing.

Products purchased from unofficial online stores, or for prices far below our website are likely to be fake. To protect yourself, please note the following examples of fake televisions:

• Look for our ‘Designed in Japan’ sticker as shown in the below photo.
• This is the only packaging our televisions are sold in. Please note that other packaging would mean it is a fake product.
